Setup £59.99 Full tariff list The package Max *ADSL2+ trial Extra charges

These are new tariffs for ADSL2+ services. Customers changing from Max Standard or Premium will move to the corresponding ADSL2+ tariff. Max Premium customers will have the elevated traffic weighting within the BT network option enabled (which is currently a feature of Max Premium compared to Max Standard) at an extra cost of £10.00/mon. Max-A Premium customers go to the 2GB tariff with premium option as that is still cheaper and premium is not an option on the new 1GB tariff. Max-A Standard will be able to retain their free domain on the new tariff. Obviously customers can change these options at any time, effective from their next bill.
A new usage billing system applies. This provides fairer carry over of both under and over usage as well as introducing some off peak usage levels but leaving a night period unlimited as well as unlimited upload. The new tariffs operate on 30 day notice for termination rather than the current rather confusing "no refund of period already billed" system.
These prices will come in to effect from your next bill after the date your service is regraded to ADSL2+. We will start upgrades around September 2008 but this is sugject to exchange upgrades. We will email customers in advance advising when their line will be upgraded. Some lines may not be upgradable for some years. You can opt out of the upgrade.
At some point we will be able to shut down our existing BT Central links, expected November 2008. At that point new tariffs will apply for existing Max Standard services the same as these prices even though still ADSL not ADSL2+. We may be able to reduce prices further at that point.
These new tariffs are all lower in price than the existing Max Standard tariffs, but introduce off peak levels will will affect a handful of customers. Prices shown include VAT.
