Login email

Customers on our newer email servers can access their email via a web page. This allows you to check email and send email using your email mailbox account.

To log in to the right email server you should go to a specific web page which depends on your domain (the part after the @ in your email address). For example, if your email address was test@example.com you should go to the web page http://example.com.mail.aaisp.net.uk.

However, customers can access via any of the new mail servers - it is just that it may be slightly slower. You can use the following forms to login to one of the mail servers.

You have a choice of web mail systems. You can use either systems, RoundCube is designed to work a bit more like an email client, but is still in it's 'beta' state, SquirrelMail is simpler looking but more mature.

Further Information

In October 2008 we upgraded SquirrelMail, apart from adding a number of new features there are also some restrictions with sending email - these are there to prevent accounts being use maliciously - typically when an account's username/password has been compromised. We can add exceptions, so do contact us if needed.
  • Limited to sending to 20 recipients per message
  • Limited to sending 100 messages per day
  • Sending will be disabled if an account sends more than 4 messages to more than 20 people within a 5 minute period.

Note: To manage your email milboxes, set up filters and control spam settings, login in to the broadband control pages.
